[For ages 0-5] Calling all parents, care-givers, and day-care providers! Bring your babies and toddlers for a fun half hour of stories, rhymes, and songs!
This program is designed for children and their caregivers. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.
[For Adults of all ages and abilities] Learn simple, gentle Tai chi movements to improve coordination and balance. Enjoy these mindful, safe movements and the deeper breathing and flexibility they can enable.
