[Ages 0-5] Join us for stories, songs & fun for preschoolers and their caregivers every week at the Delaware Branch. Walk-ins welcome. 

[Ages 0-24 months] Join us for fun songs and short books to introduce your baby to storytime! We will meet in the community room, and babies and their caregivers are welcome to stay and play after storytime.

[For ages 0-5] Please join us for stories, fingerplays, songs, and rhymes. After storytime, enjoy unstructured playtime with sensory blocks, cars, balls, and much more!

[Ages 0-5] Every week after preschool storytime-- stay & play!

[All Ages] Staff from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society provide free pet food and supplies. No registration required.

Do you enjoy knitting, crocheting, or needlecrafting? Is it a hobby that you enjoyed in the past and would like to get back to? You can bring a project that you’re working on, or one that you want to start. All skill levels are welcome!

[For Adults] Join us for a free movie screening with coffee and the chance to talk to community services providers! Housing Services, mental health providers, and others will be available to answer questions and provide information. 

[Ages 4-11 and their Caregivers]  October is Fire Safety Month. Starting in the Bach Community room we will learn about fire safety from an Albany Firefighter.    Then,  we  will visit the firehouse next door.

Students’ grades K-12 can meet with a student tutor from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and University at Albany for a half an hour tutoring session. Tutors can offer homework help, worksheets, and test prep.  

[For Ages 11 to 17] A space welcoming all gamers 11 to 17 and all game types. We have board games to play, wi-fi for your DS battle, Xbox One and Switch on a big screen, and lots of tables and chairs to fit large-group games.

[Adults] Come watch some classic and influential kung fu films at the Arbor Hill/West Hill branch.

Using the paper curling technique, Stacey Kennedy will teach us how to make a pumpkin.

[For Adults]  Vera Eccarius-Kelly,  Professor of Political Science at Siena College, will speak about the insidious nature of propaganda and misinformation related to voting. 

[For All Ages] The third Wednesday of most months, come learn about a fascinating aspect of science and the world around us. Our presenters will discuss a different topic each month.
