Linocut is a type of relief printing that is achieved by carving into a sheet of linoleum. In this beginner-friendly program, we will make a small linocut carving that you can use to make prints on paper or fabric. Supplies will be provided.

Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that is accessible to people of all fitness levels and abilities. It is designed for those who may have difficulty standing or moving on the floor.
