[For ages 1-4] Please join us for stories, fingerplays, songs, and rhymes for toddlers and their caregiver. After storytime, enjoy unstructured playtime with sensory blocks, cars, balls, and much more!

[For Adults] This class is designed for adult newcomers to Albany who have some basic English language skills and are looking to improve their fluency and communication abilities.

[For ages 9-17] Play various video games including Smash Brothers, Tekken, NBA 2K22 on the Nintendo Switch or PS4 with your friends! 

[For Ages 13-17] Clash your favorite gaming icons in the ultimate showdown. Tweens and Teens are invited to bring their friends and play Super Smash. Come see if you are good enough to beat our library gamers!

Come make Pride-themed buttons with us! We'll have the button maker out at the reference desk as we celebrate LGBTQIA+ visibility and rights.

This one-of-a-kind challenge will test your skills with rubber chicken finger slingshots. Aim for our special board & the person with the highest score wins! No registration necessary.

[Adults] Welcome to APL's LGBT+ book club. This is an all-inclusive book club where we read fiction and non-fiction books that center around queer ideas, stories, and experiences. 

[For Ages 0-5] Join us as we celebrate our Growing Readers who are heading off to kindergarten with their very own graduation celebration.

Representatives from the African Burial Ground at Historic St. Agnes Cemetery will be hosting a presentation to discuss the history of 14 sets of human remains found in an unmarked burial site in Menands, New York in 2005.
