[For Adults] This class is designed for adult newcomers to Albany who have some basic English language skills and are looking to improve their fluency and communication abilities.

[For ages 18+] Are you a fiber crafter? Does your family have all the hand knitted or crocheted hats, scarves, mittens, or shawls that they could possibly use in this lifetime?

[For Adults] This class is designed for adult immigrants and newcomers to Albany who are preparing for the USCIS citizenship and naturalization process.

[For adults] From May-October, Master Gardeners from Cornell Cooperative Extension - Albany County will be tending to our Pollinator Garden from 9:00-10:30am each Tuesday, rain or shine (unless it's pouring).

Learn to sew! This class is hosted by Stitch Exchange. Newly arrived immigrants volunteer as sewing instructors and assist you with your sewing projects while practicing their English language skills.

Anthony Opalka is the current official historian of the city of Albany. He will be available to answer questions about Albany's history and assist with research questions.  

[Adults] Bring your current yarn craft to work on or during this special edition of Yarn Over and Yap learn essential sewing skills while you create a rice bag meant to sooth headaches when either heated or chilled.
