[For Ages 6 - 14] Calling all little Makers! Along with access to all of the Albany Made Lab equipment, Mini Makers will be abke to use some of our favorite Youth Services gadgets and tools.

[Ages 5-17] Kids love reading to Rocket, certified therapy dog. Why? Because he's soft, cuddly and a good listener.

Join us every Tuesday after school for crafts and fun at Arbor Hill West Hill!

[For ages 5-11] Have you seen an optical illusion before? It's more than meets the eye! We will use shapes, colors, and patterns to make art that comes alive... or does it?

[For Ages 11 to 17] A space welcoming all gamers 11 to 17 and all game types. We have board games to play, wi-fi for your DS battle, Xbox One and Switch on a big screen, and lots of tables and chairs to fit large-group games.

Come show off your creativity with a new artistic medium - slime! Use your favorite book or choose one from our collection and make a slime based on the cover. 

[Ages 11-17] Hang out at the library and choose from our selection of board games or video game to play with your friends!

[For ages 11-17] Who's stronger, Goku, Naruto, or Sailor Moon? Watch and talk about anime while enjoying snacks at Washington Ave.

[For ages 6-14] Minecraft beginners and experts: come build your world and characters in a weekly Minecraft competition with your friends at the APL Washington Ave. Branch.

[All Ages] From Chess to Card games come sit, sip and play!

We will have time for tweens and teens to play video games, watch anime, and maybe throw in some crafts! 

[For Ages 13-17] Clash your favorite gaming icons in the ultimate showdown. Tweens and Teens are invited to bring their friends and play Super Smash. Come see if you are good enough to beat our library gamers!

[For ages 9-17] Play various video games including Smash Brothers, Tekken, Mariokart, NBA 2K22 on the Nintendo Switch, XBox or PS4 with your friends! 

Join us as we bike to 6 out of the 7 Albany Public Library branches, stopping for a poetry reading at each branch.  The ride begins and ends at Pine Hills branch and will be followed by refreshments.

[Ages 2-11] Come celebrate National Play-Doh Day at our Play-Doh Playtime! No registration necessary.

[For ages 10-17] Come put your racing skills to the test! All participants get a prize, and the top 3 racers win more!

[Family] Meet a professional wrestler!   Come talk to a member of the local Dynasty Wrestling Team.  Our guest wrestler is a professional athlete, ready to answer questions about their training and preforming techniques .
