[Ages 3-7] Barbara Lukas from WMHT brings us "Gregory the Terrible Eater"  Gregory doesn't like to eat cans and other things his goat family likes.  What will he do? 

[Ages 0-5] Every week after preschool storytime-- stay & play! 

Let your little ones tap into their imaginations during this unstructured play time. Kids can play with our toy kitchen, blocks, dolls, train sets & more!

Do you enjoy knitting, crocheting, or needlecrafting? Is it a hobby that you enjoyed in the past and would like to get back to? You can bring a project that you’re working on, or one that you want to start. All skill levels are welcome!

[Ages 6-11] Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and the rich folk art tradition of Mexico.  Alebrijes are mythical spirit animals.  You may be familiar with them from the movie "Coco".

[Adults] Have you ever wanted to learn how to cross stitch? It's as easy as making an "X!" Come to the Pine Hills branch for a librarian (and crafter) led intro to cross stitch.

[Ages 4+] Use your imagination and free play with our Legos. This is a drop-in program. No registration required. This program recurs on the first Thursday of each month.

[For ages 18+] Are you a fiber crafter? Does your family have all the hand knitted or crocheted hats, scarves, mittens, or shawls that they could possibly use in this lifetime?

[Ages 4-8 and their Caregivers] Join us with Barbara Lukas from WMHT to enjoy the story of Gregory the Terrible Eater by Mitchell Sharmat and make some crafts to take home!

Registration is required as supplies and space are limited.

Unleash your inner artist! Come sit and enjoy coloring, tea, and classical music. We will provide a variety of intricate coloring sheets, colored pencils, and crayons.

[Ages 4-8 and their Caregivers] Join us with Barbara Lukas from WMHT to enjoy the story of Good Night Moon by Margaret Wise Brown and make some crafts to take home!

Registration is required as supplies and space are limited.

[For Ages 6 - 14] Calling all little Makers! Along with access to all of the Albany Made Lab equipment, Mini Makers will be abke to use some of our favorite Youth Services gadgets and tools.

Come join us as we make fire hats, have a story time about Fire Fighters , some coloring pages and play a few fun games!

[Adults 18+] Experience a new and exciting art venture in a serene environment with complimentary refreshments every month.

[Ages 5-17] Let's celebrate Fall by creating Fall wind chimes. Supplies are limited; please call the library at 518-427-4300 ext. 4 to register, or register online.
