[For All Ages] Calling all Artists, Musicians, Crafters, Makers and Menders! Stop by the self-directed open Makerspace and start (or finish) something!

[Ages 7-12] Take a break from screens and come to the library and participate in a series of fun activities led by our library staff.

[Ages 5+] Come make colorful sand art in cute, tiny bottles! *STEM/STEAM programs involve programming that covers Science, Technology, Engineering, (Arts) and Math.

[for ages 6-14] Calling all little Makers! Along with access to all of the Albany Made Lab equipment, Mini Makers will be able to use some of our favorite Youth Services gadgets and tools.

[Ages 7-12] Trick your eyes and brain with optical illusions and discover how artists have used techniques to trick us for hundreds of years.

[Ages 11-17] Take your creativity to the library and  choose from a variety of artistic mediums, incluing sharpie art, zines, watercolor, collage, and others.The program will also feature art instruction books from our collection.

[For ages 6-14] Minecraft beginners and experts: come build your world and characters in a weekly Minecraft competition with your friends at the APL Washington Ave. Branch.
