[Ages 7-17] Learn about the history of aviation and different aircraft designs. Explore the history of flight from the Wright Brothers to today! Create your own paper airplane from various templates and let them "take flight" at the library!

Watch a recording of an author talk with scientists from the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute at the Washington Avenue Branch with fellow attendees. This virtual author talk is provided by APL through the Library Speakers Consortium.

[For All Ages] Calling all Artists, Musicians, Crafters, Makers and Menders! Stop by the self-directed open Makerspace and start (or finish) something!

[Ages 5-17] Join us at the Delaware Branch as we build dinosaurs out of blocks borrowed from the Upper Hudson Library System! No registration necessary.  Attendees will take home their very own dinosaur egg to hatch in water!

[For ages 5-14] Calling all little Makers! Along with access to all of the Albany Made Lab equipment, Mini Makers will be able to use some of our favorite Youth Services gadgets and tools.

[Ages 4-11]  Come build with our Legos!  You can either use a challenge card or free build.
