Week Calendar

[For ages 18+] Are you a fiber crafter? Does your family have all the hand knitted or crocheted hats, scarves, mittens, or shawls that they could possibly use in this lifetime?

[Adults 18+] We welcome any kind of knitting, crocheting, quilting or needlework. Is it a hobby that you enjoyed in the past and would like to get back to? You can bring a project that you’re working on, or one that you want to start.

Using special Cyanotype paper, we will harness the power of the sun to capture the shadows of everyday objects.

[Ages 5-17] Get creative with temporary body art! Use our colorful tattoo markers—featuring stencils, glitter, and black light-reflective options—to design your own unique look.

[For All Ages] Calling all Artists, Musicians, Crafters, Makers and Menders! Stop by the self-directed open Makerspace and start (or finish) something!

We have video games, anime, and potential make crafts! A place to hang with friends after school.

[For ages 5-14] Calling all little Makers! Along with access to all of the Albany Made Lab equipment, Mini Makers will be able to use some of our favorite Youth Services gadgets and tools.

[6-17] Come join us at Howe for fun Summertime Crafts!

Join us every Tuesday all summer for crafts and fun at Arbor Hill West Hill!

[For All Ages] Calling all Artists, Musicians, Crafters, Makers and Menders! Stop by the self-directed open Makerspace and start (or finish) something!

[All Ages] Calling all crafters! Come join us at the Howe Branch and B.Y.O.C (Bring your own craft)! We will supply the space and some materials and you will bring the rest! Disclamer: Please do not bring anything that needs proper ventilation.

Come to the North Albany Branch and create your own Gratitude Box. We will discuss manifesting joy and creating gratitude for the things around you. We will then decorate a box with magazines, paint, and more.

[Adults] Do you like to paint in a group setting?  Here is your chance!  Each session will provide a still life for inspiration.  Canvas and paints will be provided.

[For Adults and Teens ages 14+] Not sure how to hem a pair of pants? Need a second opinion on your current sewing project? Want someone to show you how to sew a button? Ask Celia and Katie!
