(Ages 0-4) End the month by bringing your baby or toddler for a storytime where they will dance until they can't dance no more!

Are you looking to add some pizzazz to your SRC tote bag? 

Join us today at the Arbor Hill branch where you can decorate your tote bag using fabric markers, tie-dye, and more!

No registration is required.

[For ages 18+] Are you a fiber crafter? Does your family have all the hand knitted or crocheted hats, scarves, mittens, or shawls that they could possibly use in this lifetime?

[Adults 18+] We welcome any kind of knitting, crocheting, quilting or needlework. Is it a hobby that you enjoyed in the past and would like to get back to? You can bring a project that you’re working on, or one that you want to start.

[Ages 5-11] Commemorate your 2025 Summer Reading journey by making your own bookmarks! Color and decorate for a theme, or showcase your favorite books you read this summer!

[For All Ages] Calling all Artists, Musicians, Crafters, Makers and Menders! Stop by the self-directed open Makerspace and start (or finish) something!

We have video games, anime, and potential make crafts! A place to hang with friends after school.

[For ages 5-14] Calling all little Makers! Along with access to all of the Albany Made Lab equipment, Mini Makers will be able to use some of our favorite Youth Services gadgets and tools.

[6-17] Come join us at Howe for fun Summertime Crafts! 

July 14: Cardboard Tapestry Weaving                                

Use your imagination and free-play with our Legos! This is a drop-in program for kids and adults of all ages. No registration required. This program recurs on the last Monday of each month. 

Join us every Tuesday all summer for crafts and fun at Arbor Hill West Hill!

Using clay and an oven will be making small and cute keychains or backpack charms.

[For All Ages] Calling all Artists, Musicians, Crafters, Makers and Menders! Stop by the self-directed open Makerspace and start (or finish) something!

[Ages 18+] Bring your knitting, crochet, needle work, coloring, or any other craft you've been working on to our monthly meeting where we talk, laugh, and enjoy some relaxing music.

[For Adults] Craft a beautiful lantern adorned with pressed flowers. Using delicate blooms, design a lantern that captures the natural beauty of the outdoors. Take home your handmade lantern as a unique, nature-inspired decoration!

[Adults 18+] Explore different watercolor methods and how they can be applied to a wide variety of subjects. In the first portion of the program, your instructor will focus on a specific technique unique to watercolor.
