Week Calendar

In this series of collage classes, we will be creating collages on blocks, boxes, containers and canvasses. All materials will be provided, but students will have the option of bringing personal photos.

[For Adults and Children Ages 6+] Calling all Artists, Crafters, Makers and Menders! Stop by the self-directed open hours and start (or finish) something!

[For Ages 4-8] Become a member of our weekly book club! Parents will receive support and guidance on early literacy practices, including how to support their readers at home.

[For ages 5-14] Calling all little Makers! Along with access to all of the Albany Made Lab equipment, Mini Makers will be able to use some of our favorite Youth Services gadgets and tools.

Explore the cosmos from the comfort of your local library! Through crafts, experiments, presentations and more, we will learn about the vast universe we inhabit. Expand your knowledge and hang out with fellow outer-space lovers.

[Adults 18+] Explore different watercolor methods and how they can be applied to a wide variety of subjects. In the first portion of the program, your instructor will focus on a specific technique unique to watercolor.

[For ages 6-14] Minecraft beginners and experts: come build your world and characters in a weekly Minecraft competition with your friends at the APL Washington Ave. Branch.
