Week Calendar

[For Ages 0-5] Join us for stories, songs, and movement activities. Bring the whole family and enjoy Saturday at the library!

Come Join us at the Howe Branch or on Zoom to get some light movement in to start your week off right! Please Make sure to bring a water bottle, walking shoes and to wear comfortable clothing for movement i.e. Leggings and a tee shirt.

[For Adults] This class is designed for adult immigrants and newcomers to Albany who are preparing for the USCIS citizenship and naturalization process.

[For ages 9-17] Play various video games including Smash Brothers, Tekken, Mariokart, NBA 2K22 on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, and board games with your friends!

Do you have a holiday gift to finish but you would like to also get out and socialize?  Then Craft-o-thon is for you! Come on down to Howe and bring your craft that you wish to work on. Bring your own craft and supplies.

Students’ grades K-12 can meet with a student tutor from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and University at Albany for a half an hour tutoring session. Tutors can offer homework help, worksheets, and test prep.

Calm your body and mind as you join us for weekly Nighttime yoga for kids, where we would learn 3 new yoga poses and learning breathing technique. 

Even though it's November it doesn't have to be all about writing a novel. Come join us down at Howe as we do an introduction on how to write and get started on a short story and poetry!
