Program Description

Event Details

Budgeting for a Pet is a fun and interactive workshop for youth to learn the importance of making informed and strategic decisions. Youth will learn the concepts of building a conscious spending plan, living below our means, and cost comparison. 

By the end of the workshop, youth will have the skills to build a budget for a specific goal and have the skills to advocate to parents and caregivers to get buy-in for their desired goal. This program is appropriate for ages 5+ accompanied by caregivers.

This interactive workshop is presented by Elroy Tatem, PhD and Angela Tatem, Certified Financial Education Instructor of YouInc. Wealth Education Services. 

Registration is encouraged to ensure a spot but not required.
