[Ages 8-17] Join local comic book artist Ira Marcks as he presents a hands-on lesson in designing believable characters. Students will learn Ira's step by step process for creating a cartoon face, followed by an insightful look at the role of facial expressions in comic storytelling. A great opportunity to have Ira in a classroom setting and allow students a chance to create and share their drawings.
