[Ages 6+ and their caregivers] Ever wondered why every rock looks different? Well, they all tell their own special story! Bring in one or two rocks from home and learn from a local geologist about how their stories shaped how they look today.

Parents are recommended to bring a sheet of note paper to write down any interesting facts they might want their budding rockhound to remember about their rocks.
