Event Details
New York Power Authority’s weatherization workshop teaches low-to-no cost ways for participants to improve energy efficiency and comfort at home, while saving money on their utility bills. The goal of these workshops is to provide helpful information and resources for renters and homeowners alike to make more informed choices around their homes. We also provide a free energy conservation kit to each family at the end of the workshop. Participants will not be asked to sign up for any programs or services. Refreshments will be served.
Verbal translations are available for Spanish speakers only. Written translations are available in the following languages: Arabic, Bengali, Creole, Chinese, Dari, Khmer, Somali, Turkish, Ukrainian, Swahili and Pashto.
