Event Details

[Ages 5-12] Celebrate Albany's Tulip Festival by making a Spring watercolor painting!  Let your imagination tiptoe through the tulips or paint whatever strikes your fancy.  We will use watercolors and various resist techniques to get some cool effects.  We will also talk about why Albany has a Tulip Festival.
