The Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York presents, Know Your Rights: Employment Discrimination in New York State. This program will cover employee rights in New York under the anti-discrimination law, the New York Human Rights Law. This program will also cover the process for filing and maintaining a claim of employment discrimination with the New York State Division of Human Rights.
