[For ages 5-11] Summer is berry season! APL will be visiting the Radix Center to celebrate summer's abundance and learn how to preserve Radix-grown berries into a treat that will last through the year - if you can keep yourself from eating it that long! Participants will take home jam they made, a universal jam recipe, and learn about food science and food safety. *Registration is strongly encouraged to ensure a spot. In case of inclement weather, we will meet inside the Radix center. Radix is located at 153 Grand St.
