Event Details

[Ages 3 -17] Get hands-on with science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) at this fun pop-up event with the Tech Valley Center of Gravity, a makerspace in Troy, NY. In this STEAM-Powered Pop-Up event, participants will build their own miniature catapults and compete to see who can launch their pom-poms the farthest! 

This activity is open to families with children ages 3+. Children ages 3-8 must be accompanied for the entire duration of the event by an adult or responsible adolescent (ages 14+). Children ages 9+ may attend the activity unaccompanied 

Registration is recommended but not mandatory.  You can register online or call the library at 518-427-4300 ext. 4.

*STEM/STEAM programs involve programming that covers Science, Technology, Engineering, (Arts) and Math
