Have you ever heard of quilling? Quilling involves using strips of paper that are rolled, looped, curled, twisted and otherwise manipulated to create different shapes, and glued together to create decorative designs. In this class we will be creating a 2 toned flower sitting in a flowerpot. Make a spring gift to brighten a friend's day or keep it for yourself!
