Albany Public Library Spring Student Art Shows - in partnership with the City School District of Albany Elementary Art Dept. 

1st Friday, April 4, 2025, with receptions: 4:00-5:30 pm at the Arbor Hill/West Hills, Bach and Delaware Branches. 

 

The Albany Public Library is proud to present in partnership with the Albany City School District Elementary Art Teachers a display of student artwork at the Arbor Hill/West Hills, Bach and Delaware Branches. Elementary art teachers from across the school district worked with students to create a public exhibition in three of Albany Public Library branches. Students in grades K-5 created diverse works of art inspired inside their school art classes.  

The displays will be available beginning with a 1st Friday reception on Friday, April 4th from 4-5:30pm. Light refreshments will be provided. The exhibits will be available until April 25th. The Myers Middle School Band will play at Arbor Hill, led by Jesse Rawson. The Hackett Middle School Band will play at Bach, led by Chelsea Dorner.
