Tasting History: Exploring Historical American Foodways with the New York State Library

Enjoy an evening with Elizabeth A. Jakubowski, Senior Librarian at the NYS Library as she takes us on a historical journey exploring distinctly American recipes. Based on the Tasting History series at NYSL, we will learn what Americans were serving up for dinner from the 18th century through the 1950s. Participants will receive a free copy of some historic recipes to try at home! Registration is required.
