Women in the Workplace: Know Your Rights

[For Adults] In celebration of Women's History Month, APL has partnered with Northeast New York Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health (NENYCOSH) regarding women’s rights in the workplace. From wages and paid leave to safety and discrimination, join NENYCOSH to learn about what rights women have in the workplace. We will have a presentation on safety and health, what protections are in place to address harassment and discrimination, and the expansion of benefits such as paid family leave, lactation breaks, and paid prenatal leave. The second half of the workshop will allow time for questions and discussion.
