[For Adults] This class is designed for adult newcomers to Albany who have some basic English language skills and are looking to improve their fluency and communication abilities.

[Ages 4-8] Join us for My First Book Club! This program is for children who have graduated from Storytime and are starting to read more on their own.

[For ages 9-17] Play various video games including Smash Brothers, Tekken, Mariokart, NBA 2K22 on the Nintendo Switch, XBox or PS4 with your friends! 

[Adults] Let me be perfectly queer, this is an all-inclusive, LGBT+ book club. This book club reads fiction and non-fiction books that center around queer ideas, stories, and experiences. 

[For All Ages] Movies Under the Stars is a free community-oriented event organized by Love Albany. These events include a bounce house, popcorn, games, and information from the Albany Public Library and many other local nonprofits.

Take a #shelfie with your current read at the library! We will have some props to help make your picture more fun, you bring your smile and your phone or camera to take the picture!

Join us for a Mala Making & Mantras with Nicole Miele of Rock and Soul Wellness. A mala is a string of beads traditionally used in meditation to count mantras or prayers. Create your own mala, placing your intention into each bead.

[0-5] Join us for a bubbly good time at our Growing Readers Bubble Party! 

After we read some fun bubble books, children will have the chance to chase, pop, and create bubbles in a safe and playful environment.
