[Adults] Our romance book club selection for April is Great Big Beautiful Life by Emily Henry.

[Ages 7-12] Welcome Bookmark Bunch! "The kids in Mrs. Z's class. 2: Rohan Murthy has a plan" by Rajani LaRocca.

Celebrate the Bard's birthday with a group reading of "A Midsummer Night's Dream!" Pick a part out of a hat, pick up a script, and put on a (very low-stakes) show! Bring your fairytale whimsy; costumes not required.

[For Ages 4-8] Become a member of our weekly book club! Parents will receive support and guidance on early literacy practices, including how to support their readers at home.

[18+] Embracing Me: A Book Club is a bi-monthly group focused on connecting people, creating communities, and embracing yourself no matter your size, shape, gender orientation, race, ability, and sexual orientation.

[Adults] Read this month's mystery before our meeting and join us (virtually) for a lively discussion. The Book for May will be An Elderly Lady is Up to No Good by Helene Tursten.

Research shows that being read to promotes well-being for older adults. Join us as we explore monthly themes through the lens of a short story read aloud by a librarian.

[10-17] "I Can't Believe It's Not An Anime Club!?: For Teens!" is not your normal type of club. It's a Manga club, a drawing club and a discution club where you can talk about new and upcoming mangas, games, cosplays/styles and yes even anime.

Book Clubs are popping up nationally, and APL has started our own chapter! Bring a book to Albany Center Gallery, settle in, immerse yourself in art, and enjoy the peace of reading with fellow book lovers.

[Adults] Welcome to APL's LGBT+ book club. This is an all-inclusive book club where we read fiction and non-fiction books that center around queer ideas, stories, and experiences.
