This book club is focused on building confidence in new readers as they begin reading on their own. 

Join the North Albany’s book club! We will meet on the second Tuesday of each month. Our choices of titles are based on the recommendation listings.

May 13: Arcadia by Lauren Groff

[Adults] Let me be perfectly queer, this is an all-inclusive, LGBT+ book club. This book club reads fiction and non-fiction books that center around queer ideas, stories, and experiences. 

Join me for a fun evening hour of discussing "The Hamilton Affair" by Elizabeth Cobbs. 

Join us for an evening of relaxed conversation with other local parents and caretakers as we discuss these two thought-provoking books on parenting in the modern world.  

[Adult - Ages 18+]. Join us to discuss our selected classic or popular book (usually non-fiction but could be fiction) that focuses on personal growth and wellness.

[Ages 4-8] Join us for My First Book Club! This program is for children who have graduated from Storytime and are starting to read more on their own.

[Adults] Read this month's book before our meeting and join us (virtually) for a lively discussion.

Join us at Bach as we start this book club exploring the diverse and wild world of graphic novels!

Join me in a special book club meeting to celebrate Juneteenth. We will spend a fun evening hour discussing "Farming While Black: Soul Fire Farm’s Practical Guide to Liberation on the Land" by local Albany author Leah Penniman.
