[For ages 0-4] Please join us in the Large Meeting Room for stories, fingerplays, songs and rhymes for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, and their caregivers.

[Ages 2-8] Come on down to the historic Howe Branch of the Albany Public library for a read-along, sing-along Storytime.

[For adults] English as a new language can be challenging and there is always room for improvement.

[Ages 2-5] Join us for stories, songs & fun for preschoolers and their caregivers every week at the Delaware Branch. No registration required.

[Ages 0-24 months] Join Ms Melissa for fun songs and short books to introduce your baby to storytime! We will meet in the community room, and babies and their caregivers are welcome to stay and play after storytime.

[For ages 0-2] Please join Youth Services staff for stories, fingerplays, songs, and rhymes for the youngest children, from birth to eighteen months. 

[For Adults of all ages and abilities] Learn simple, gentle Tai chi movements to improve coordination and balance. Enjoy these mindful, safe movements and the deeper breathing and flexibility they can enable.

[Ages 3-6 and their Caregivers]  Drop in to Bach for some inclusive process art!  We will use a variety of materials, including paint, scissors and natural objects.    Come on in for some fine motor, sensory fun.

[Adult 18+] The Citizen Preparedness Corps give residents the tools and resources to prepare for any type of disaster or emergency, respond accordingly and recover as quickly as possible to pre-disaster conditions.

[For Ages 5 - 17] Meet an assortment of farm animals at the Library! Learn about organic management techniques and heritage breeds and how they contribute to sustainable agriculture. Oh, and you can pet them too! 

[For ages 3-17 and families] Come to the Youth Services Room (2nd floor) for some gaming fun! We’ll have board and card games for children, teens, and families. The games will be available from 1:00-4:00pm, but you may come and go as you wish.

[Adults] Cozy up with a cup of tea while we discuss notable literary titles in our newest book club Novels After Noon. We will explore a variety of genres including memoirs, historical fiction, mysteries, and more!

[Ages 12-18] This is a 6-week workshop that teaches youth concepts of being a disk jockey (DJ), while simultaneously teaching them to empower themselves through artistic expression and musical curation.
