[Ages 0-6 and their Caregivers]  Come to Bach for a fun and educational storytime full of silliness, singing and movement.  Then, stay to play!

[For Ages 2-4] Join us for an early morning story where we will sing, dance and socialize!

[Ages 2-5] Come on down to the historic Howe Branch of the Albany Public library for a read-along, sing-along Storytime.

[For adults] English as a new language can be challenging and there is always room for improvement.

[Ages 2-5] Join us for stories, songs & fun for preschoolers and their caregivers every week at the Delaware Branch. Walk-ins welcome. 

[Ages 0-24 months] Join Ms Melissa for fun songs and short books to introduce your baby to storytime! We will meet in the community room, and babies and their caregivers are welcome to stay and play after storytime.

[For ages 0-5 and their caregivers.] Have fun playing at the library with your family! We'll have our usual Play & Grow toys available along with special toys just for this weekly open-play program!

[For Adults of all ages and abilities] Learn simple, gentle Tai chi movements to improve coordination and balance. Enjoy these mindful, safe movements and the deeper breathing and flexibility they can enable.

In 2024, the City has completed a reassessment of all real property values. These sessions will provide an opportunity to review Assessment records and file a complaint protesting  the proposed market value of property.

Unleash your inner artist! Come sit and enjoy coloring, tea, and classical music. We will provide a variety of intricate coloring sheets, colored pencils, and crayons.

[Ages 3-6 and their Caregivers] Drop into Bach for some inclusive process art!  We will use a variety of materials, including paint,  scissors,  and natural objects.   Come on in for some fine motor, sensory art.

Centennial Movie Series: In April, the 2010s and 2020s. We're showing a movie from each decade that Albany Public Library has been around.

[Ages5-12] Meet the Kids!  Kids are baby goats, come meet them.  The educators from the Cooperative Extension are bringing goats back to Bach.   We will learn about their care and be able to pet them.
