[Ages 4-8 and their Caregivers] Join us with Barbara Lukas from WMHT to enjoy the story of Gregory the Terrible Eater by Mitchell Sharmat and make some crafts to take home!

Registration is required as supplies and space are limited.

[Ages 0-5] Every week after preschool storytime-- stay & play! 

Let your little ones tap into their imaginations during this unstructured play time. Kids can play with our toy kitchen, blocks, dolls, train sets & more!

Throughout September, North Albany will have printable templates of comic book pages for anyone to create their own comic stories.

[For ages 18+] Are you a fiber crafter? Does your family have all the hand knitted or crocheted hats, scarves, mittens, or shawls that they could possibly use in this lifetime?

Do you enjoy knitting, crocheting, or needlecrafting? Is it a hobby that you enjoyed in the past and would like to get back to? You can bring a project that you’re working on, or one that you want to start. All skill levels are welcome!

[All Ages] Join us for an artist's workshop to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Bring a piece of art to share and receive feedback from members of the local visual arts community.

Unleash your inner artist! Come sit and enjoy coloring, tea, and classical music. We will provide a variety of intricate coloring sheets, colored pencils, and crayons.

[For All Ages] Calling all Artists, Musicians, Crafters, Makers and Menders! Stop by the self-directed open Makerspace and start (or finish) something!

[For Ages 6 - 14] Calling all little Makers! Along with access to all of the Albany Made Lab equipment, Mini Makers will be abke to use some of our favorite Youth Services gadgets and tools.

Join us every Tuesday after school for crafts and fun at Arbor Hill West Hill!

[Ages 3-7] Barbara Lukas from WMHT brings us "Gregory the Terrible Eater"  Gregory doesn't like to eat cans and other things his goat family likes.  What will he do? 

[Ages 6-11] Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and the rich folk art tradition of Mexico.  Alebrijes are mythical spirit animals.  You may be familiar with them from the movie "Coco".

[Ages 4+] Use your imagination and free play with our Legos. This is a drop-in program. No registration required. This program recurs on the first Thursday of each month.

[Adults] Have you ever wanted to learn how to cross stitch? It's as easy as making an "X!" Come to the Pine Hills branch for a librarian (and crafter) led intro to cross stitch.
