Week Calendar

(Ages 2-7)  Join us in the Bach Garden for a fun family storytime with songs and movement.  Stay after the storytime to play in the garden.  In case of rain we will move inside.

[For ages 0-8 and their caregivers.] Bring your blankets or chairs, and join us in Washington Park for stories, fingerplays, songs, and rhymes!

[For All Ages] Playstreets are safe spaces for families and kids to gather in the comfort of their own neighborhoods during the summer.

Come Join us at the Howe Branch  to get some light movement in to start your week off right! Please Make sure to bring a water bottle, walking shoes and to wear comfortable clothing for movement i.e. Leggings and a tee shirt.

[Ages 5-17] Inspired by Tyson Reeder's famous painting, "Ghost River", participants will create their own ghostly scenes out of air-dry clay and card stock.

[For Teens] Not a Number is an interactive child trafficking and exploitation prevention curriculum designed to provide youth with information and skills in a manner that inspires them to make safe choices.

[Ages 5-17] Join us at the Delaware Branch to play with color and ice to make unique art works to take home! We will be painting with ice dyed with food coloring for our summer reading theme of Art.  No registration needed.

[6-17] Come join us at Howe for fun Summertime Crafts! 

July 14: Cardboard Tapestry Weaving                                

Join the Tang Museum for a Ghost Adventure! This project is inspired by Ghost River, a painting by artist, Tyson Reeder, who creates colorful and imaginative landscapes, inspired by our daily experiences.

[For ages 9-17] Play various video games including Smash Brothers, Tekken, Mariokart, NBA 2K22 on the Nintendo Switch, XBox or PS4 with your friends! 

Enjoy a family movie night at the North Albany Branch! Movie will start around 5:15 pm.
