[For ages 0-18 months] Please join us in our Youth Services Room for stories, fingerplays, songs, and rhymes for children ages 0 to 18 months and their caregiver.

[Ages 2-5] Come on down to the historic Howe Branch of the Albany Public library for Stories, Songs, Dancing, Playtime and Crafts!

Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that is accessible to people of all fitness levels and abilities. It is designed for those who may have difficulty standing or moving on the floor.

Learn how to express yourself clearly and imaginatively, share your work, and respond to the stories of others. Attend any or all sessions. Facilitated by Misty Yarnall. This program is online and conducted via Zoom.

Create a tiny Pokémon world inside a terrarium! Choose your starter Pokémon and design a miniature terrarium using moss, stones, and other decorative materials.

[10-17] "I Can't Believe It's Not An Anime Club!?: For Teens!" is not your normal type of club. It's a Manga club, a drawing club and a discution club where you can talk about new and upcoming mangas, games, cosplays/styles and yes even anime.

Starting to feel stir crazy because summer break is getting close? Come mix up a batch of stress-reliever slime!

[For ages 5-14] Calling all little Makers! Along with access to all of the Albany Made Lab equipment, Mini Makers will be able to use some of our favorite Youth Services gadgets and tools.

Join us every Tuesday after school for crafts and fun at Arbor Hill West Hill!

[For ages 11-17] Relax and read manga or share about your favorites in a cozy environment. Come enjoy our huge manga collection or bring your own!

[Ages 7-12] Welcome Bookmark Bunch! "I Survived the Battle of Gettysburg, 1863" by Lauren Tarshis.

[For Ages 10 to 17] A space welcoming all gamers age 10 to 17. Come play our Nintendo Switch on a big screen. Compete with others in multi-player chaos with up to 8 players at once!

Join us after school twice a month for different projects and crafts at our Crafternoons! In May we are making Flower Fans and Trinket Boxes. In June we are making Paper Bag Ice Cream Cones and Paper Castles. Supplies are limited.

Come watch some classic, new, and influential martial arts films at the Arbor Hill/West Hill branch.

[For Adults] Get tips and prompts for writing poetry and short stories, and share and discuss your work with fellow writers! 

[For Adults] This class is designed for adult newcomers to Albany who have some basic English language skills and are looking to improve their fluency and communication abilities.
