Program Description

Event Details

Students’ grades K-12 can meet with a student tutor from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and University at Albany for a half an hour tutoring session. Tutors can offer homework help, worksheets, and test prep.  

Please note: Students can sign up for one session a day and two sessions a week maximum. Students can only sign up two weeks at a time.

With this form, we ask for:

  • Your name
  • Your child’s full name
  • Your email and phone number
  • The child’s grade and subject(s) they need help with

After sign-up, Parents/Guardians/Caregivers will be sent a confirmation email that includes a link to our tutoring permission form. Please complete this 2025-2026 Tutoring Permission Form for Caregivers to use this tutoring service. You will need to fill this out once for every new school year. 

A reminder will be sent to your email address 1 day before your tutoring session.
