After School Tutoring (Grades K-12)

Students’ grades K-12 can meet with a student tutor from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and University at Albany for a half an hour tutoring session. Tutors can offer homework help, worksheets, and test prep.  

Please note: Students can sign up for one session a day and two sessions a week maximum. Students can only sign up two weeks at a time.

With this form, we ask for:

• Your name
• Your child’s full name
• Your email and phone number
• The child’s grade and subject(s) they need help with

After sign-up, Parents/Guardians/Caregivers will be sent a confirmation email that includes a link to our tutoring permission form. Please complete this 2026-2027 Tutoring Permission Form for Caregivers to use this tutoring service. You will need to fill this out once for every new school year. If you don't fill this out, we will not be able to offer tutoring to your child.

A reminder will be sent to your email address 1 day before your tutoring session.
