Event Details

[For Adults 18+] Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that is accessible to people of all fitness levels and abilities. It is designed for those who may have difficulty standing or moving on the floor. The poses are held seated in the chair or using the chair for balance. This program will target older individuals 65+ and those with mobility impairments. No equipment is needed, but if you have yoga equipment you would like to use, please feel free to bring it with you.
