Program Description

Event Details

[For Ages 0-5] Join us for a special story time with Perry Ground, a member of the Turtle Clan of the Onondaga Nation of the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) Confederacy.

During this story time, children will be introduced to the world of Native America through traditional legends that have been told for hundreds of years. This is sure to be a fun and engaging experience that you wouldn't want to miss so bring the whole family and enjoy Saturday at the library!

And after storytime, sign your little one up to be a part of our early literacy group, Growing Readers. Being a Growing Reader is not just about making sure your child is reading; it is also about capturing and growing the skills needed to be the best reader your child can be, creating a love for reading, and growing an even stronger connection between you and your child as you embark on this reading journey together.

Registration isn't required but is recommended.
