[For Adults of all ages and abilities] Learn simple, gentle Tai Chi movements to improve coordination and balance. Enjoy these mindful, safe movements and the deeper breathing and flexibility they can enable. 

Relaxing and energizing at the same time, Tai Chi can help you be more confident and balanced in all your movements. Tai Chi is for everyone and can be learned by anyone of any age; the class can also be done seated. Beginners welcome. 

Join us for this 4-week session on the following dates: 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, and 12/12. Registration is required for each separate instance of the class.

Sabine Seiler, PhD, is an educator, writer, and translator as well as a Tai Chi instructor and has been certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been practicing and sharing her knowledge of Tai Chi for many years and is teaching throughout the Capital Region. 

The Wellness series at the Pine Hills branch will offer library patrons the chance to try out different health and wellness modalities - meditation, tai chi, yoga, etc. - aimed at enhancing overall well-being.
