[Adults 18+ of all ages and abilities] Tai Chi for Better Balance 

Learn the gentle and relaxing movements of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, the evidence-based program designed by Dr. Paul Lam. With these slow, safe, and enjoyable movements you can improve your balance, posture, and breathing. Join us for a relaxing experience enhancing overall wellness and leading to more confident movement. 

Tai chi can be learned by anyone regardless of age, and the class can also be done seated. Beginners welcome. 

Instructor: Sabine Seiler, PhD, is a Tai Chi instructor and has been certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been practicing and sharing her knowledge of Tai Chi for many years and is teaching throughout the Capital Region. For more information: sabineherenow@gmail.com

The Wellness series at the Pine Hills branch will offer library patrons the chance to try out different health and wellness modalities - meditation, tai chi, yoga, etc. - aimed at enhancing overall well-being.
