[For ages 0-2] Please join Youth Services staff for stories, fingerplays, songs, and rhymes for the youngest children, from birth to eighteen months. 

[For ages 0-4] Please join us in the Large Meeting Room for stories, fingerplays, songs and rhymes for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, and their caregivers.

[Ages 2-9] The Music, Bubble And Comedy Show: Thankful For Thanksgiving Songs engages children with comedy, singing, stories about family and friendship, turkeys, pumpkin pies and bubbles!

[Ages 2-6 and their Caregivers]  Come on over to Bach for a fun and interactive Storytime full of singing and movement. After the Storytime there will be time for free play!

[Ages 2-5] Come on down to the historic Howe Branch of the Albany Public library for a read-along, sing-along Storytime.

[For adults] English as a new language can be challenging and there is always room for improvement.

[For ages 0 - 5 and their caregivers] Hang out with us for a weekly bilingual storytime with your favorite fuzzy monster, Gruff, and his librarian side-kick. We'll be reading books and singing songs in both English and Spanish.

[Ages 2-5] Join us for stories, songs & fun for preschoolers and their caregivers every week at the Delaware Branch. No registration required.

[Ages 0-24 months] Join Ms Melissa for fun songs and short books to introduce your baby to storytime! We will meet in the community room, and babies and their caregivers are welcome to stay and play after storytime.

NNORC and APL's Bach Branch are partnering to bring another craft hour to the afternoon.  We will be using acrylics to paint canvases with your choice of subject.  No experience required. All supplies will be provided.

[Ages 4-10 and their Caregivers]  Meet one of our favorite local artists and illustrators, Elizabeth Zunon.  Ms. Zunon will share some of her picture books and show how she makes her collage illustrations.

[Ages 8-Adult] Bach is bringing out the chess sets Scrabble Boards.  Come by and play!  You are encouraged to bring a partner.

[Ages 6-10] November is  Native American Heritage Month.  Weave your own Native style basket from yarn and a paper plate.  We will also learn about the Wampanoag tribe.  

[Teens] Welcome travelers! Do you want to play Dungeons & Dragons but unsure where to start? Join us and learn how to make your characters and worlds come alive.
