[For Adults of all ages and abilities] Relax and De-stress with Tai Chi.
We’ll practice simple, gentle Tai Chi movements and a few Qi Gong exercises to help you find calm in the busy and stressful holiday season. Come to relax and gain a sense of peace and renewed energy.
Tai Chi can be learned by anyone regardless of age, and it can also be done seated. Beginners welcome.
Join us for this 2-week session on 11/9 and 11/16. *Note, this 2-week series will repeat on 12/7 and 12/14.

Sabine Seiler, PhD, is an educator, writer, and translator as well as a Tai Chi instructor and has been certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been practicing and sharing her knowledge of Tai Chi for many years and is teaching throughout the Capital Region.
