[Ages 5-17] Kids love reading to Rocket, certified therapy dog. Why? Because he's soft, cuddly and a good listener. Therapy animals are trained by Therapy Dogs International to provide a relaxing and fun environment for children to practice reading aloud. Kids can make a new, furry friend while boosting their confidence in reading. Children may bring a book of their own or choose a library book. This is a drop-in program; no registration required.
