Join us in practicing the gentle, coordinated, and easy Tai Chi movements to improve your balance. Learning these safe, relaxed, and energizing practices will help you move more confidently in daily life.
Tai chi has been shown to improve balance, breathing, mindfulness, and flexibility— it’s an enjoyable and energizing experience for body and mind that enhances your overall wellness.
Tai chi is for everyone and can be learned by anyone of any age; the class can also be done seated. Beginners welcome.
Join us for this 9-week session running from 05/02/24 to 06/27/24.
*Registration is required for each individual, weekly class. Weekly attendance is not required for the whole 9-week session. Registration opens 2 weeks in advance for each individual class.

Sabine Seiler, PhD, is an educator, writer, and translator as well as a Tai Chi instructor and has been certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been practicing and sharing her knowledge of Tai Chi for many years and is teaching throughout the Capital Region.
