Wellness Series: Meditation Workshop with Elissa Kane - How to uncover moments of peace in these uncertain times

We'll practice a simple but effective meditation technique that helps quiet our busy minds, unmuddies our awareness of the present moment and provides good insight into reality.  It relaxes our nervous system and offers glimpses into some peace of mind.  Each session we'll practice meditation together, check in about how it's going and review Pema Chodron's recommendations from her book, Living Beautifully with Uncertainty and Change.

Elissa Kane is a longtime meditator and teacher.

The program series will also focus on learning about any of the core dimensions of wellness: physical, social, creative, coping and essential.
