[For ages 0-4] Please join us in the Large Meeting Room for stories, fingerplays, songs and rhymes for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, and their caregivers.

[For ages 0-2] Please join Youth Services staff for stories, fingerplays, songs, and rhymes for the youngest children, from birth to eighteen months. 

[Ages 2-10] "Start Spreading the news!" We are celebrating the new year with a special music, dance and comedy show!

[For Adults] Join other parents with your child(ren) for free play & casual discussion at the Delaware Branch on Monday mornings. Coffee will be provided. 

[Ages 2 and up and their caregivers]  Come to Bach for a fun and educational storytime full of singing and movement.   Then, stay to play!

[For Ages 2-4] Join us for an early morning story where we will sing, dance and socialize!

[Ages 2-5] Come on down to the historic Howe Branch of the Albany Public library for a read-along, sing-along Storytime.

[For adults] English as a new language can be challenging and there is always room for improvement.

[Adults]  Stop by and learn about the services offered by the NNORC community organization.

[For ages 0 - 5 and their caregivers] Hang out with us for a weekly bilingual storytime with your favorite fuzzy monster, Gruff, and his librarian side-kick. We'll be reading books and singing songs in both English and Spanish.

[Ages 2-5] Join us for stories, songs & fun for preschoolers and their caregivers every week at the Delaware Branch. No registration required.

[Ages 0-24 months] Join Ms Melissa for fun songs and short books to introduce your baby to storytime! We will meet in the community room, and babies and their caregivers are welcome to stay and play after storytime.

[For ages 0-5] Calling all parents, care-givers, and day-care providers! Bring your babies and toddlers for a fun half hour of stories, rhymes, and songs! 

[For Adults of all ages and abilities] Learn simple, gentle Tai chi movements to improve coordination and balance. Enjoy these mindful, safe movements and the deeper breathing and flexibility they can enable.

[For Adults] On Fridays of January, the North Albany will host 4 sessions of a warm and gentle chair yoga series with the incredible yoga instructor, Nikki B Rogers.

[Adults]Do you have a question about your device? One on One Computer skills Group is designed for individuals who want some extra help with their computers and devices. Please come with your charged device and specific questions.

[For Adults] Join us for relaxation time of painting with watercolors. This is a safe place to paint whatever you want! All levels of talents are welcome.

[Ages 2-5] Join us for Toddler Paint & Play at the Delaware Branch. We'll be working with paint in plastic bags so your little one can create without the mess!

This is a small writing discussion group that looks at mystery writing! The Howdunnits provide a safe and welcoming venue to share your writing and to give and recieve feedback from others.

[For Adults] Classes are provided to help students improve English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Classes are free to students age 21 year or older. 

[Ages 18+] Come sit, sip and play with board games, card games and puzzles.

Learn how to express yourself clearly and imaginatively, share your work, and respond to the stories of others. Attend any or all sessions. Facilitated by Misty Yarnall. This program is online and conducted via Zoom.

[For adults] Silent Book Clubs are popping up nationally and we are partnering with Motor Oil Coffee to host our own.
